Hydrant Flushing Notice

The Village of Morrisville Water and Light Department would like to warn all users of the water system that fire hydrants will be flushed from 8:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M., Monday through Friday according to the following schedule:

A.   October 28, 2024 through November 1, 2024:

Along Route 12 from the east Village line and along Route 15A from the Brigham Meadows back to the Village.  This will include all of the Village hydrants from MoBev Store south.

B.   November 4, 2024 through November 8, 2024:

From MoBev Store and Bridge Street north through the shopping area, Harrel Street, Wabun Avenue, the Industrial Park, Centerville Road area, Pinewood Estates, and Cady’s Falls.

You may experience some discoloration in your drinking water while this operation is going on.  If you find this to be true, allow your tap to run for a while and it should clear up quickly.
